·      “Our try me program” a few hours a day, one day a week

·        24 hours 7 days a week
·        Live-in coverage available

·        Housekeeping services, including cleaning and laundry
·        Recreational activities, crafts and games
·        Errands, grocery and Pharmacy pick-up, cleaners, local  stores, .........airports and banks
·        Transport to Doctors, Dental and other medical appointments
·        Pet Care
 
Additional Services Provided:
 
·        Family vacation or business trip coverage
·        Emergency and same day services
·        Intermittent Care and
·        Complimentary home safety check
·        “The Senior Reassurance Call” program and
·        “The Visiting Companion Service” program
 
As with all QHC services a “Client Binder” will be left at your home that will contain a number of documents, such as:
 
·       A Staffing sheet (to let you know who will be at your home each day)
·       Daily Care plan (tailored by the In-Field Supervisor for workers     ........to.follow)
·       Daily Care notes, and Daily Care Check List (that each worker...
........is required to fill out for each shift worked)
 
You and your family are welcome to review the “Client Binder” and add any comments or notes you may wish to include on the “Daily Care Notes for
Clients and Caregivers” form.
 
Because Quality Home Care continually strives to deliver quality services we will send you a “satisfaction survey” from time to time, that we encourage you to fill out.
