QHC announces an exciting new health care program designed especially for those seniors who do not need the "minimum 4 hours" of home care, but could use a daily "How's everything" call.
Working closely with family we will design an individualized response system:
1.  Example questions we might ask:
a.  How are you doing?
b.  Are you keeping cool?
c.  Are you up to date on your medications?
d.  Do you need anything?
2.  Emergency Contact:
a.  After several contact attempts without success we
      will .forward the call to the emergency contact(s)
      as listed.
